Add 'Testimonials and Inspiring Stories' Section

GitHub Issue #2390 - ifmeorg/ifme

Create a new section on the platform titled "Testimonials and Inspiring Stories". The goal is to provide a space where users can share their personal experiences, achievements, and challenges related to their mental health.

This could be a powerful tool to inspire and support community members who are on their own mental health journeys. The section should allow users to:

• Share their stories in a safe, moderated environment
• Read and engage with others' experiences
• Feel supported by the community
