Too little margin on the right in the hierarchy view

GitHub Issue #7168 - getodk/collect In the hierarchy view, questions with a long label (without any spaces) and answers overlap with the scroll area -- there is too little margin on the right side. The issue also occurs in RTL layouts. This affects both portrait and landscape views. The fix should add appropriate right margin/padding to prevent content from overlapping with the scrollbar area, and ensure the fix works for both LTR and RTL layouts. Tested on Android 10 (Redmi 9T) and Android 16 (Pixel 7a).
